Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective products.
The customer must request a refund within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Mandatory Video Proof
To request a refund, the customer must record a clear unboxing video showing:
The sealed package before opening
The damaged/defective product clearly visible
Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send the unboxing video along with:
Order ID
Full Name
Registered Phone Number
Email all details to: [your email address]
4. Response Time
Our support team will review your request.
You will receive a response within 4–5 working days.
After mutual discussion between the customer and support team, a final decision will be made.
5. Refund Process
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund amount will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
No unboxing video is provided.
The product is damaged after use.
The claim is made after the allowed time period.
